A deposit of 50% of the total booking for your stay will be charged at the time of booking the reservation. The balance will be due on the day of arrival.
On arrival the hotel reserves the right place a $250.00 credit hold on the credit card for incidentals and/or damages or smoking fees.

15 days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $25.00.
14-7 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the deposit of the reservation.
Less than 6 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the cost of the entire stay.
While certainly a factor beyond our control, inclement weather does not constitute a valid reason for reservation cancellation. Our cancellation policy remains in effect even when reservations are affected by weather-related circumstances.
A 3% processing fee is applied to each reservation. This fee helps offset the costs associated with handling and securing all bookings, including credit card processing charges as well as the administrative costs of managing reservations across all payment methods. We strive to keep our rates transparent and appreciate your understanding.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside of all units. This includes vaping and electronic cigarettes. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
If evidence of smoking inside units is found there will be a smoking fee of $250.00.
Rooms are rented to customers 25 years of age and older. Identification is required. Misrepresentation voids reservation and forfeits deposit.
Once checked in, there are no modifications or cancellations. You are responsible for your entire stay as outlined on the registration form.
Check-in time is at 3 PM.
We cannot guarantee your room will be available before that time.
Please refrain from early arrivals unless arrangements are made prior to arrival.
Check out time is at 11 AM.
We ask that you adhere to the check-out policy so we can clean and prepare for arriving guests.

We will be providing modified housekeeping services during your stay. Towel replacement and trash removal will be provided only upon request, please make requests at time of check-in. Full-unit cleaning and bed linen changes only occur upon checkout/arrival.
Trash receptacles will be made available on every floor.
We ask that you please call the front desk if you need any additional amenities.
Rooms are supplied with the appropriate number of towels and bed linens, toilet tissue, hand soap, bar soap, and shampoo (stocked based on unit occupancy).
Kitchens are nicely stocked with cutlery, dishes, cups, bowls, plates, pots, pans, dish soap and paper towels.
Beach towels, pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. We encourage our guest to bring their own items. Inquire with front desk for names of local rental companies.
Service Animals, as defined by ADA, are always welcome. Unfortunately, we do not permit pets or emotional support animals.
There is complimentary parking for one vehicle per unit.
You are permitted to park beginning at 3 PM on the day or your arrival and until 11 AM on your departure date.
Parking tags will be issued at the front desk and must be displayed on your vehicle during the entire time of your stay.
Oversized vehicle parking must be coordinated with the front desk, please call before your arrival so we can attempt to match your vehicle to a suitable space.
Failure to observe parking regulations may result in vehicles being ticketed and/or towed.
The pool is open every day of the peak season, weather permitting, and is heated in the Spring and Fall for your enjoyment.
For the safety of our guests there is no diving or horseplay permitted in the pool.
There are no floating devices, inner tubes, balls, rafts, noodles, etc. allowed in the pool. Swimming protective floats are acceptable for pool use.
Sundeck is open at 9AM and closes at 10PM.
Pool is open from 9AM and closes at 8PM.
Management reserves the right to adjust pool schedule without notice.
There is an elevator for your convenience located just off the Lobby.
Guest laundry is located on the 3rd floor and features 2 washers and 2 dryers. Coins are available at the front desk as well as detergent.
Ice machines are available on the 1st and 3rd floors.
Vending machines are located on the first floor near the elevator and parking garage.
Rollaway beds, cribs, and Pack & Plays are not available in our guestrooms. However, local rental services in Wildwood can provide these items if needed.
As a condominium complex, our units are individually owned. While we strive to accommodate all our guests to the best of our ability, due to the nature of our property, our units are not equipped with handicap accessibility features.
